Rusutsu (留寿都村 Rusutsu-mura ) is a village located in Abuta District, Shiribeshi, Hokkaidō, Japan.
As of 2008[update], the village has an estimated population of 2,045. The total area is 119.92 km².
A planned merger of municipalities will be implemented around March 31, 2010; the merger will combine Kimobetsu and Rusutsu; both are in Abuta District and in Shiribeshi Subprefecture.[1]
